Dunhena crash involving MP’s cab injures child and driver

A cab transporting National People’s Power Galle District Member of Parliament T.K. Jayasundara, collided with a three-wheeler in Dunhena this afternoon, injuring two individuals.

The collision occurred at approximately 2:00 pm today, according to our correspondent.

The driver of the three-wheeler and an 8-year-old child sustained injuries in the incident, and were admitted to the Elpitiya Base Hospital for treatment.

Police officers took immediate action, arresting the driver of the involved cab and taking the vehicle into police custody.
