The Department of Meteorology states that heavy rainfall of around 100 mm may occur tomorrow (07) in the Western and Sabaragamuwa Provinces, as well as in the Galle, Matara, Kandy, and Nuwara Eliya Districts.
Meanwhile, the Department also says that strong winds of 40–50 km/h may occasionally occur in the Central, Sabaragamuwa, Northern, North Central Provinces, as well as in the Hambantota and Trincomalee Districts.
