15 hospitalised following bus collision

About 15 people injured following a head-on collision between an SLTB bus and a private bus near the 170th post in Unatuwewa, which belongs to the Lunugamvehera police division, were hospitalised.

An expressway bus travelling from Colombo to Ampara and a bus travelling from Badulla to Matara met in a collision.

Steps were taken to promptly admit the injured individuals to the Lunugamvehera and Hambantota hospitals.
