Wildlife officers entered into a trade union action by reporting sick today (13).
The action is to object to the steps taken by the government to absorb Civil Security Department personnel into the Department of Wildlife Conservation.
Due to this protest, a demonstration was also organised today in front of the main office of the Department of Wildlife Conservation located in Battaramulla.
