Court to decide on A/L exam postponement petition on July 23

The Court of Appeal ordered that the decision on whether or not to grant permission to examine a petition, which requests the issuance of an order to postpone the upcoming GCE Advanced Level examination, will be announced on the 23rd of this month.

The petition was filed by a group of students appearing for the examination.

The Court of Appeal bench issued this order after considering the facts presented by the petitioner's party and the Attorney General when the relevant petition was called today (16).
