CCTV cameras have been installed at various locations to identify individuals dumping rubbish on public roads and take legal action against offenders.

The Kesbewa Urban Council monitors the cameras from its main office, allowing officials to track violations in real time.

Authorities have already identified one individual caught dumping rubbish through the system.
