BASL to discuss judges’ retirement age

A special general meeting of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) is scheduled to be held in Colombo today (29).

The discussion will focus on steps to be taken against the government's measures to increase the retirement age of judges, according to BASL President Rajeev Amarasuriya.

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 11 a.m. at the Bar Association of Sri Lanka.
