Pillayan remanded until August 18

Former Eastern Province State Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan, alias Pillayan, was ordered to be remanded until August 18 by the Batticaloa Magistrate's Court today (04).

The order was issued after Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan, named as the third suspect in the relevant case, was produced before the Batticaloa Magistrate's Court today.
