It is reported that the pilot of the aircraft suffered no injuries in the incident.

However, the aircraft sustained damage due to the mishap, and the runway at Ratmalana Airport remains temporarily blocked at present.

It is stated that clearing operations are currently underway to remove the affected aircraft and restore the runway.
