A youth in possession of 01 kilogram and 14 grams of ICE was arrested yesterday (30) in the Gothatuwa area by a team of officers from the Colombo District Crime Division.
The youth was arrested with the drug stock in the Seemlax Mawatha area of the Gothatuwa police division during a raid conducted by a team of officers from the Colombo District Crime Division, according to information received.
The person arrested in this manner is a 28-year-old resident of the Gothatuwa area.
Further investigations regarding the suspect are being conducted by the Colombo District Crime Division.
The suspect is scheduled to be produced before court today (31).
