Softlogic Life Insurance PLC has announced the completion of its acquisition of a 60% stake in Diamond Life Insurance Company Limited, a licensed life insurer in Bangladesh.
The company said the transaction follows its earlier disclosure made on 18 June 2026 regarding the proposed acquisition.
With the completion of the deal, Softlogic Life now holds a controlling 60% stake in Diamond Life Insurance Company Limited, marking its expansion into the Bangladesh insurance market.
