Beverlee Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is strengthening its presence in Sri Lanka’s property development and construction sector through a multi-unit residential project in Thalahena, showcasing its integrated approach to design and construction.
The project demonstrates the company’s end-to-end design-and-build model, bringing land assessment, architectural design, structural engineering, interior design, project coordination, construction, and final handover under one roof.
According to the company, this approach provides customers with a more convenient development process, reducing the need to coordinate multiple contractors while ensuring clearer accountability throughout the project.
Beverlee Holdings has completed more than 70 such projects across Sri Lanka.
With nearly two decades of continuous operations, the company has developed expertise spanning residential developments, commercial spaces, refurbishments and hospitality-focused projects.
“Clients want a smoother way to manage property development without having to coordinate several separate contractors. Our model brings the key stages together, from design and engineering to construction and finishing, so the process is clearer and more convenient,” said Bemal Gamage, Managing Director of Beverlee Holdings.
“The same approach guides our boutique villa projects along the Hiriketiya-Dickwella coastal belt, where we are combining modern luxury with Sri Lanka’s tropical setting,” he added.
Beverlee Holdings provides a range of services including sustainable design and build, property development, architectural design, interior design, refurbishment and real estate investment.
Its integrated model gives clients a single point of responsibility across the development process, from initial planning through to completion.
