The All-New Mercedes-Benz GLB 2026 was unveiled by DIMO at the inaugural Sri Lanka Tennis Premier League (SLTPL) 2026, which concluded recently.
As Mercedes-Benz celebrates 140 Years of Innovation, the introduction of the All-New Mercedes-Benz GLB 2026 reflects the brand’s continued commitment to innovation, intelligent mobility and the evolving needs of its customers around the world.
Positioned under the theme “Own Your New World,” the All-New Mercedes-Benz GLB 2026 is designed with families in mind, built for those who value space, flexibility and everyday practicality without compromising on the Mercedes-Benz lifestyle and comfort.
The third row of seats transforms it into a comfortable seven-seater, while the rear seats slide forward and back with individually adjustable backrests, giving families the right balance between passenger comfort and luggage space, even with bulky items such as prams or sports gear on board.
The All-New Mercedes-Benz GLB 2026 design is equally distinctive. Its confident SUV stance is complemented by daytime running lights shaped like the Mercedes star and tail lamps with a signature light animation, making the vehicle instantly recognisable, day or night.
Gahanath Pandithage, Group Managing Director / CEO of DIMO, said, “For more than eight decades, DIMO and Mercedes-Benz have together defined true premium mobility in Sri Lanka. The All-New Mercedes-Benz GLB 2026 is the latest chapter in that journey, bringing modern true luxury, innovation and versatility to a new generation of Mercedes-Benz owners.”
“At DIMO, we provide a complete Mercedes-Benz ownership experience through world-class after-sales service, expert technical support, genuine parts and the confidence that comes from partnering with Sri Lanka’s only authorised Mercedes-Benz agent since 1939.”
With the introduction of the All-New Mercedes-Benz GLB 2026, DIMO continues to bring the world of Mercedes-Benz closer to Sri Lankan families, reaffirming its position as the Home for Mercedes-Benz in Sri Lanka for over 85 years.
