Sri Lanka Cricket President Shammi Silva has tendered his resignation from the post effective today (29).
Along with him, the board of officials and members of the Executive Committee of Sri Lanka Cricket also submitted their letters of resignation, according to the institution.
The decision was officially communicated to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Sunil Kumara Gamage.
