Fuel prices in India rise

Petrol and diesel prices in India, which are volatile compared to world oil prices, were increased for the fifth consecutive day today. Accordingly, the price of a litre of petrol in Delhi has gone up to 88 rupees and 44 cents, while the new price of a litre of diesel is 78 rupees and 74 cents.

Petrol prices in India are now at a record high.

A statement made by a politician by the opposition regarding the increase in fuel prices in India has now become a popular post on social media.

Socialist Party of India MP Vishmabhar Prasad Nishad recently asked at the State House of India why petrol and diesel prices are low in Nepal which is considered to be the home of Sita and Sri Lanka, which is the home of Ravana, but fuel prices are high in Prince Rama's home, which is India.
