A steep discount: milk and plain tea prices cut by Rs. 5

The All Island Canteen and Restaurant Owners' Association says that steps will be taken to reduce the price of a cup of milk tea and a cup of plain tea by 5 rupees due to the reduction in gas prices.

Accordingly, the association stated that this price reduction will come into effect from midnight today (05).

However, the association further stated that there will be no change in the prices of short eats.
