Prime Lands Residencies PLC has announced that construction is actively underway on MON VIE, a landmark ultra-luxury residential development located at Thalakotuwa Gardens, Colombo 05.
The company said the project introduces a new benchmark in Sri Lankan residential architecture, reflecting its ambition to deliver a distinct urban living experience in the capital.
Conceived under the philosophy “The art of family living, perfected,” MON VIE is designed for modern families seeking a balance between contemporary city living and a homely environment. The development rises to Ground plus 25 floors and includes a signature rooftop, offering a curated selection of two-bedroom and three-bedroom luxury apartments.
A key feature of the project is its floating rooftop restaurant, described as Sri Lanka’s first of its kind, which will serve both residents and visitors while offering panoramic views of Colombo.
Located in one of Colombo 05’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods, the development provides close proximity to leading international schools, hospitals, and major commercial hubs.
Over 40,000 square feet of space, equivalent to approximately one acre, has been allocated to curated leisure and lifestyle amenities within the project.
Foundation piling work is being carried out by San Piling (Pvt) Ltd, the developer said, noting that the project is backed by experienced professionals committed to quality construction standards.
The development is scheduled for completion in April 2030. An attractive four-year payment plan has also been introduced, offering flexibility for prospective homeowners and investors.
Currently in its pre-launch pricing phase, MON VIE is positioned as a premium residential offering that aims to redefine luxury family living in Colombo while strengthening Prime Lands Residencies PLC’s position in Sri Lanka’s high-end real estate sector.
