Leader of the Opposition in Parliament R. Sampanthan stated that the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) as a political party strongly oppose the government’s action of providing 818 acres of land from Sampur for proposed Indian Thermal Power Plant.

Sampanthan made this observation during a press conference held at Kopay, yesterday.
