The second One Day International between Sri Lanka and West Indies, scheduled for today (07), was abandoned after the toss due to heavy rain.
The match was set to be played at Sabina Park, Kingston, but persistent heavy rainfall forced umpires to call off the game without a single ball being bowled.
West Indies, who won the toss, had invited Sri Lanka to bat first; however, the adverse weather conditions prevented play from starting.
The third ODI is scheduled to take place on June 09 at 1:00 a.m. Sri Lanka time.
