The control room of the Southern Expressway of the Road Development Authority states that a group of employees at the Kottawa, Athurugiriya, Kotelawala and Kaduwela entrances of the Southern Expressway have contracted the virus.
Therefore, to this all vehicles traveling from Mattala to Katunayake should leave the Kahathuduwa entrance today (03) says the Southern Expressway Control Room.
After making the payments they can renter the Southern Expressway from Kahathuduwa.
Accordingly, drivers who leave the expressway after paying at the Kahathuduwa entrance will be able to re-enter the expressway and drive the remaining distance.
