Cultus Workforce Development Services Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of Cultus Education and Technology Services, announced the launch of its operations in Sri Lanka marking the entry of a global upskilling and placement-focused organization dedicated to workforce transformation.

In addition to its proprietary Cultus Job Readiness (CJR) programme - a comprehensive training pathway designed to equip youth with the skills, mindset, and competencies required to succeed in corporate environments and secure meaningful employment - the company introduced the globally recognised AWS re/Start programme in collaboration with Amazon Web Services as part of its Sri Lanka debut. 

The AWS re/Start program is a cohort-based workforce development initiative that combines technical training with practical, job-ready skills to prepare individuals for entry-level careers in cloud computing. In addition, the Cultus Job Readiness (CJR) programme prepares participants for professional settings, long-term career development, and workplace expectations in order to bridge the gap between education and employment.

The programme has already attracted over 400 applicants, indicating a growing desire among Sri Lankan youth for globally relevant digital skills.
