One of Sri Lanka’s leading professional beauty education institutions, Dreamron College of Art & Beauty, celebrates its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of empowering youth, transforming the beauty industry and contributing to national economic development.
As part of the celebrations, 20 students representing all regions of the country were awarded full scholarships. The institution has also announced a 25% discount on all courses throughout July, providing aspiring students with an opportunity to pursue professional education at a reduced cost.
Founded in 2006 as a non-profit institution under the visionary leadership of Dr. Priyanka Perera and the Dreamron Group, the institution was established with the mission of elevating Sri Lanka’s beauty and wellness industry through internationally recognised education and professional training.
Over the past two decades, Dreamron College of Art & Beauty has successfully trained more than 20,000 students, producing highly skilled beauty professionals who now serve both local and international markets. Many graduates have also emerged as successful entrepreneurs, salon owners and industry leaders.
The institution offers a wide range of professional programmes, including Hair Artistry, Beauty Therapy, Nail Care Technology and Bridal Styling, along with diploma courses, vocational training programmes and government-recognised NVQ Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications. These programmes are conducted under the guidance and approval of relevant national vocational and educational authorities.
With a strong commitment to quality education, Dreamron College has continuously invested in modern training facilities, advanced equipment, air-conditioned classrooms and innovative blended learning methods supported by a Learning Management System (LMS).
Today, Dreamron College of Art & Beauty operates through 10 branches across Sri Lanka, making professional beauty education accessible to thousands of young people nationwide. The institution has also expanded its international reach, attracting students and professionals from countries including Bangladesh and the Maldives.
