Reports of more sightings of Nittaewo in Walasmulla

As of late there have been various reports of sightings of Nittaewo, an allegedly pygmy-type race with fur and long nails.

The most recent such sighting was reported from Walasmulla, and few residents of the area reportedly had seen such creatures.

Following these reports residents had carried out a search in the area.

Such sightings were first reported from Damana – Ampara and then from Anuradhapura, but no concrete evidence has been gathered to establish such claims.
