Acting Attorney General Dappula De Livera was sworn in as the new Attorney General in the presence of the President today (10) at the President’s office.
Meanwhile, H. M. Gamini Seneviratne has been appointed as the new Secretary to the Ministry of Internal and Home Affairs and Provincial Councils and Local Government.
K. G. Ashoka Alawatte has been appointed as the new Secretary to the Ministry of Primary Industries and Social Empowerment.
These appointees received their appointment letters from the President at his office today.
