CoPF Chair unaware of Treasury Secretary's scheduled appearance

Treasury Secretary Harshana Suriyapperuma’s supposed plan to appear before the Committee on Public Finance (CoPF) today (30) remains unconfirmed by committee leadership.

Dr. Harsha de Silva, the Chairman of the committee, stated that he received no notification regarding this visit. He noted that he possesses no information on the matter and was not kept informed of such an arrangement.
