Seevali Arukgoda’s replacement gets cabinet nod

Cabinet approval is granted for the appointment of Wimal S. K. Liyanagamage as the new Director General of Sri Lanka Customs. Liyanagamage serves as a special grade officer within the Sri Lanka Administrative Service.

The term of the current Director General of Customs, S. P. Arrukgoda, concludes today.

Decision was made to appoint Liyanagamage, the current Director General of the Department of Management Services, to the resulting vacancy.
