Reports indicate that the satyagraha campaign organised in support of former State Intelligence Service Director Suresh Sallay has been officially concluded.
The protest began on the 3rd of this month in front of the Colombo Fort Railway Station, led by several opposition political parties.
A large number of prominent leaders from opposition parties, along with Members of Parliament and representatives, participated in the event.
Former State Intelligence Service Chief, retired Major General Suresh Sallay, who was in CID custody, was admitted to the Colombo National Hospital on June 7.
