Andrei Vorobyov, the governor of ‌the Moscow region, said on Thursday that 16 people ⁠had been injured in a major Ukranian drone attack.

Scores of Ukrainian drones bore down on ‌Moscow ⁠and the surrounding Moscow region, hitting the Russian ⁠capital's oil refinery for a second ⁠time this week.
