Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and the EU’s foreign policy chief, Kaja Kallas, have “reviewed the rapidly evolving regional situation”, according to Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry.
In their phone call Kallas “appreciated Pakistan’s sincere efforts culminating in the signing of the Islamabad MOU, but she expressed serious concerns about the recent ceasefire violations”.
Dar “emphasised the necessity for all parties to abide by the ceasefire agreement”, the statement added.
