Four people died in four road mishaps

A 29-year-old motorcyclist died when a lorry and a motorcycle collided near the Kuda Oya bridge on the Matale - Kurunegala road, according to the police.

Meanwhile, an 18-year-old motorcyclist died in another incident when a motorcycle overturned near the 42nd kilometre post on the Hettipola - Wasgamuwa road.

Furthermore, a 65-year-old individual died after being hit by a three-wheeler on the Padeniya - Anuradhapura road, and a 26-year-old motorcyclist died in another crash when a motorcycle collided with a lorry on the Venkaladi road, the police stated.
