The Department of Meteorology predicts several spells of rain for Sabaragamuwa Province, as well as the Kandy and Nuwara Eliya districts today (05).
Light showers are expected in the Western and North Western provinces, alongside the Galle and Matara districts.
The department also warns that strong winds of approximately 40-50 kmph may occur periodically across the western slopes of the central hills, the Northern, North-Central and North Western provinces, and the Ratnapura, Hambantota and Trincomalee districts.
