The Colombo High Court ordered the case filed against parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa regarding the Krish deal to be called on November 16 for trial. The matter was taken up before the Colombo High Court judge today.
During the proceedings, the judge ordered the issuance of summons to two Indian national witnesses under the procedure for foreign witnesses. The court then directed that the case be called for trial on November 16.
