Four managers from private commercial banks were arrested in connection with sending one billion US dollars abroad through a money exchange institution located in the Fort area without importing any goods to Sri Lanka.
Police confirmed that this arrest occurred following a special investigation conducted by the Financial Crimes Investigation Division.
