Haputale Urban Council budget passed

The Haputale Urban Council budget was passed today with 7 majority votes.

One UNP member also voted with the 6 UPFA members to pass the budget while Opposition Leader Jagath P. Abeynayake refrained from voting.

No vote was given against the budget as the other UNP member was also absent in the vote taking today.
