Prime Lands Residencies PLC announced that The Grand – Ward Place, its landmark luxury apartment development in Colombo 07, has been recognised at the Sri Lanka National Construction Awards organised by the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA).
The award was presented in recognition of the project’s outstanding construction excellence, with MAGA Engineering (Pvt) Ltd serving as the main contractor responsible for the successful execution of the development. MAGA Engineering is one of Sri Lanka’s leading engineering and construction firms, with a strong track record in delivering complex, large-scale projects.
The recognition reflects the high standards of engineering discipline, quality control and professional execution demonstrated in delivering The Grand – Ward Place in line with nationally recognised benchmarks.
The project’s architects, along with the civil and structural engineering consultants, were also acknowledged for their professional contributions, underscoring the collaborative effort behind the development’s successful completion.
The Grand – Ward Place has now been fully sold out and completed, with all apartments handed over to residents, marking a significant milestone for the project.
The development forms part of Prime Lands Residencies’ One Collection, a portfolio of ultra-luxury residential projects defined by prime locations, thoughtful design and long-term value creation. Building on this legacy, the company’s next Colombo development under the One Collection will be Mon Vie – Thalakotuwa Gardens, Colombo 05.
Prime Lands Residencies PLC Chairman Premalal Brahmanage said the award reaffirmed the company’s commitment to construction excellence.
“This national recognition reflects the high standards achieved through strong collaboration between Prime Lands Residencies and our construction partners. It reinforces our commitment to working with the best in the industry to deliver completed, liveable developments that homeowners can trust,” he said.
