Conducted daily from April 6th to 10th, it enabled structured engagement between customers and factory-level professionals.

The clinic provided a personalized service experience through one-on-one technical consultations at scheduled time slots, comprehensive vehicle assessments, and tailored recommendations aligned with each customer’s vehicle condition and usage patterns.

The 2026 clinic's exclusive focus on Mercedes-Benz EQ vehicles was a defining milestone, marking DIMO's first-ever Flying Doctor Service Clinic dedicated entirely to EQ models.
