Colombo Ladies College secured victory in the preliminary round of the Under 14 Girls' 4x100m Relay at the Hiru Relay Championship 2026, currently taking place at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium in Diyagama.
The final for this event is scheduled for tomorrow (03).
Previously, the school claimed victory in the Under 14 Girls' 4x50m Relay while setting a new meet record of 26.88 seconds.
This performance broke the 2024 record of 27.2 seconds previously held by Ave Maria Convent, Negombo.

Organised for the fourth time by the Sri Lanka Schools Athletics Association with Ministry of Education approval, the event features over 4,500 students from across the country, covering all age categories
