Pasindu Sooriyabandara has been called into the Sri Lanka squad as a replacement for Dinesh Chandimal, who suffered an injury while fielding on the fourth day of the Test tour against India.
It is also stated that approval from the match referee has been received for the replacement.
During a fielding incident on the fourth day, Chandimal's shoulder and head hit ground, and he was subsequently sent for a scan as a precautionary measure.
