Another pipeline burst : water supply interrupted to many areas

National Water Supply and Drainage Board says a main pipeline supplying water from Kalatuwawa water purification plant has burst in Padukka.

It has disrupted water supply to Maharagama, Rukmalgama, Mattegoda, Homagama and Padukka.

The NWSDB said water supply could be restored by around this afternoon.
