State institutions to fly national flag at half-mast for three days

The government decided to declare today (21), tomorrow (22), and the day after tomorrow (23) as national days of mourning due to the passing of Dr. Nanda Malini.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Administration instructed all state institutions to fly the national flag at half-mast during those days.
