The case regarding ruggerite Wasim Thajudeen who died under mysterious conditions was taken before Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peries this morning.
The CID told Court that they have received the Judicial Medical report with regard to the death of Wasim Thajudeen.
CID also informed Court that they have received the analytical report of the data base on the mobile phone used by late Wasim Thajudeen.
At this juncture, Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peries said that justice should be meted out without delay.
He said the people of the country are eagerly waiting justice.
The Additional Magistrate further stated that the CID as well as other state institutions has a huge responsibility in the process of bringing justice. The case would be taken for hearing again on December 10.
