Under the first phase of the Aswesuma Welfare Benefit Scheme, the Welfare Benefits Board announced that Rs. 3,125.6 million will be credited to bank accounts tomorrow (29) as the monthly elderly allowance for 625,128 beneficiaries aged over 70 years.
