19-hour water cut in several areas today

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board announces a 19-hour water cut from 8:00 a.m. today (16) to 3:00 a.m. tomorrow (17) due to urgent maintenance work at the Attanagalla, Kirindiwela water treatment plant.

Minuwandoda, Asgiriya, Udugampola, Opatha, and the surrounding areas are affected by this water supply disruption.

The Gampaha Municipal Council area, Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha area, Weliweriya, Balummahara, Rathupaswala, and surrounding areas also experience the cut.

Mangalagama, Kirillawala, Keerthiwanta, Thihariya, Eti Kehelgalla, and the surrounding areas in the Mahara Pradeshiya Sabha area face the disruption as well.

Furthermore, the water supply remains suspended in the Ranpokunagama housing scheme, Urapola, Attanagalla, Bogamuwa, Webadawela, and surrounding areas, alongside Nittambuwa, Veyangoda, Kalagedihena, Thihariya, Naiwala, and nearby vicinities.
