Officials of the Criminal Investigation Department, the wife of retired Major General Suresh Sallay, and his lawyers appeared before the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka today on the 16th following a summons regarding a complaint received about the former State Intelligence chief currently in detention.
The former head of the State Intelligence Service, Suresh Sallay, who is currently detained under detention orders and questioned over the Easter Sunday terrorist attack, undergoes treatment at the National Hospital.
