'Ashu is not one of ours' – UNP

The United National Party has officially stated that Professor Ashu Marasinghe is not a member of the party.

This was emphasised in a special official letter issued by the UNP central office, 'Sirikotha'.

The statement released today (17) says that Ashu Marasinghe is not a member of the UNP, and that none of his views or statements represent the party’s official position.
