According to the latest Index of Industrial Production report released by the Department of Census and Statistics, the overall index reached 96.7, up from 95.4 during the same period last year. The quarter's gains were primarily driven by strong growth in media printing and reproduction, leather goods, and electrical equipment manufacturing.
