Drone display planned for Lanka Premier League opening

The opening ceremony of the Lanka Premier League tournament, scheduled for the 17th of this month, will feature a drone display.

Organisers announced plans to launch 500 drones for this performance.

The sixth edition of the tournament commences at 7.30 p.m. on the 17th at the SSC grounds in Colombo with a match between the Jaffna and Galle teams.
