Ranil Wickremesinghe pays respects to late Professor Tissa Vitharana

Final respects were paid to the late Professor Tissa Vitarana by United National Party Leader and former President Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday (15) evening.

After visiting the location where the remains of Professor Tissa Vitarana were placed, Ranil Wickremesinghe met with the family members of the late professor to express deep condolences.

The late Professor Tissa Vitarana performed immense service to the country's intellectual field, serving not only as a politician but also as a writer, critic, and academic researcher.
