A charge sheet was handed over today (26) in the Supreme Court to the former Director of the National Education Institute, I. G. S. Premathilaka, who faces accusations of contempt of court for failing to implement a court decision regarding fundamental rights petitions filed over the leak of three questions from the 2024 Grade 5 Scholarship Examination papers.
The charge sheet was served before a three-judge Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Preethi Padman Surasena.
