Tourist arrivals surpass 1 million mark

The number of tourists who have visited Sri Lanka so far this year has exceeded the one million mark.

Accordingly, a total of 1,010,807 tourists have arrived in the country during the period, the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority said.

It also noted that 134,530 tourists have arrived since the beginning of May.
